It started with a baby on the way...then Mom said, "Your house is too small, you should move in with us, sell your house, and build next to us." We didn't immediately take her up, we were scared to make that leap. We prayed about it, knew it was right and jumped! Eryka helped us by giving design suggestions-which we are sooooo grateful for! It was an interesting experience kindof like the tv show where people come look at your house prior to any painting etc, then come back after you have made some simple changes. A lady came and looked at our house before we fixed it up, and then less than a week after we officially put the house up for sale she came back and looked at it and made an offer! We are still waiting for appriasals and inspections, but hopefully it will all go smoothly and we can move on to our next big project of having a baby! Then we will think about building, or something!
